Quality & Testing

Testing Built Around Real Product Performance

BG combines an independent quality-control process with application-focused verification. Our NOXIA calibration system includes 32 testing stations and supports controlled NO and O₂ concentration testing for sensor calibration and performance verification.

Quality-Control Philosophy

Each product category follows a defined inspection and verification process based on its function and application, from incoming material to final outgoing inspection.

Product Development Verification

New references undergo electrical, functional and application-related verification before entering serial production.

Incoming Material Inspection

Sampling and dimensional checks on incoming components — sensor elements, connectors, housings, PCBs and pump parts.

In-Process Inspection

Line-side visual, dimensional and functional checks throughout assembly and calibration.

Functional Testing

Signal integrity, sensor response, dosing accuracy and pump performance verification per product family.

Environmental Testing

High-temperature, humidity and thermal shock testing to verify performance across service conditions.

Testing Capabilities

  • NOXIA NOx calibration bench (32 stations)
  • Oscilloscope
  • Microscope
  • Thermal shock equipment
  • High-temperature and humidity chambers
  • Particle analyzer
  • DEF spray bench
  • DEF pump testing equipment
  • Electrical and signal testing

Batch traceability, claim analysis and continuous improvement are integrated into our standard workflow. We avoid absolute claims — inspection and verification are defined per product family, based on its function and intended application.
